I've made a mistake in the previous post. You don’t have to log in everyday to receive your share of the advertising revenue. You only need to log in at least 30 times in a month’s time. From the help page:

An active “REP” is someone who logs in his/her “REP” account a minimum of 30 times a month. These log ins can be done once a day, several times a day, or within one hour.

This is so much better as you don’t have to be online everyday! So lets make some free money!

Before i explain anything, watch the video below.

I've come across this site yesterday and i have enrolled in it after doing some research. This is basically a social network site called zenzuu who would give out 80% of their advertisement profits to active members. To become an active member, you have to open you account everyday. This is also a MLM program which might put off most people. I will list down all the pros and cons of this program and you can decide if it’s for you or not.

I will 1^st list down the cons.

1. As it’s a MLM a lot people will be turned off as you need to find people under you to make money. Well, you can make money without any people under you if I’m not mistaken.

2. You have to log in everyday of the month. However, I think this is fair as this is the catch for this program so in some way this makes it more believable.

3. Its kind of a bit boring right now as there isn’t much people or activities like posting videos or making groups yet because it is still new and will officially be launched in august 2008.

Now the best part is hearing the pros. Here goes

1. Its free.

2. You get money by doing the thing you do everyday, stalking people, updating your page and sharing pictures, video and even blog.

3. Its new so not a lot of people have signed up. The official launch date is in august 2008 so this is the time to build a base network so when it launched, you already have a big base to work with.

4. A help center to help you with the FAQs. It’s not that comprehensive but it gives you more or less the answers.

5. The main thing i would like to point out is the potential of this site. Imagine this to be the next friendster, myspace and even facebook. We can never be sure but we all see how friendster and myspace lost their popularity so why not give zenzuu a try.

What hapen when you dont listen to your own advice?

You get burned! Yeah, that what happen to me last week, RM3000 loss! The world of trading is like a fierce monster! If you cant tame it. It will devour you to the last drop of blood, literally! Remember my last post before this one? I wrote about protecting your money. I don’t follow it last week. I did have a stop loss but I hope for a rebound so I don’t stick to it. That’s one of my biggest mistakes. The price keeps pummeling further and further and I end up loosing more. If I use my stop loss figure, my loss would be a measly RM250 but look what happen? I lost more then 10 times the amount!

So, please, please and please don’t make this stupid mistake. You’ll curse yourself at the end of the day. Do have a stop and trailing loss and do stick to it or you’ll end up losing more then you ever thought. And one more thing, do set a target or a sensible and achievable target profit and when the price reaches around that amount, just clear your position. Try it and you’ll be amaze how much you can make with so little risk. Happy trading and always wear your ‘cool’ hat!

Protect your profits

Well, by now most of u have heard about stock market and some lucky ones had tried and make money from it. I lost a lot of money in stock market. I'll share with you some tips to protect your profits. There are a lot of ways to do it but i'll show u the most important in my point of view. these are :

1. Have a stop lost and stick with it. let say u buy something at 1.oo ringgit. put a stop loss (a value u can live without) of let say 20 cent and when it reaches 80 cent immediately sell!

2. Traling stop. if let say u've made a profit but still hoping it go up have a trailing stop. eg. if u buy something at 1.00 ringgit then it go to 1.50 and u still dont want to sell, make a trailing stop (amount u might satisfied with) of let say 1.30 ringgit.. if it goes up again.. ride the flow but if it changes direction i.e price lowed, sell when u reach ur trailing stop which is at 1.30 something is better then nothing. if u dont use it u might turn profits into losses and i would hate to have that.

New alternative to stock trading

I'm sooooo sorry for not writing for some time. I've been busy studiying charts! its soo addictive to use one in trading stocks. And wanna know why charts are good? u can also use charts in futures trading and Forex! it uses the same principle. Charting is just another tool to help u trade. its an alternative to fundamentalist approach to trading. it gives u signals on when to enter and exit the market.

Well, todays point is not about charting. I want to introduce to u commodity trading in Malaysia which is crude palm oil. the market is attractive as its a 2 way market which means u can make money when the market is on an uptrend, downtren or sideway trends as oppose to stock market where can can make money only during an uptrend. The break even point is also lower in cpo trading. Its 2 point to breakeven and the range it can go in one day is as high as 25 points and maybe more.

However, if u want to trade in this market u have make fast decisions as its a fast game. u can make big money and lose more money. yesterday i make a loss of 250 ringgit from 1500 initial investment and today ive made 50 buck. (actually i make a lost of 400 but manage to make 450 b4 the day end. one point equalys to 25 ringgit. to those interested i suggest u to learn some charting techniques as it helps.

I'm also new in the game so i can say much. maybe you're so much better than me. so gimme some tips!

RM4200 lost last friday

You heard that right. I loose another 4200 Ringgit! Stock markets worldwide suffered sharp falls after crude oil prices rose to record highs, sparked by violence in the Middle East, breaching the US$78/barrel. The stupid war damaged my portfolio greatly as around 30% were lost in 1 day!

However, this is a very good opportunity for all you investors out there. Find and monitor good companies this few days and do buy at around the lowest price, as the price will eventually go up, technically. I’m finding a few counters right now and wanna know what? I actually felt glad the market goes down even at the cost of my expense. No worries, I can recover the money back, hopefully :p

For all you commodity traders out there, lucky you as the oil price are going up. Hope you don’t go short! Btway, I’m opening my futures account! For all you who don’t know what the hell I’m talking about, future’s account let u trade commodities and futures. It’s a different market from securities market i.e. companies shares and stocks. I suggest all noobs to find a mentor to coach you in expanding your know-how in this risky man eat man world of investing!

Hmm, well I’m not going to brag about how much I’ve made this time... for your information; I’ve made a loss actually. What I want to write this time is in making money from stock market, u must learn to control your emotion and lust for money. I want to tell you a story about my loss...

Last 3 days I’ve found a very good counter that have a good counter that can go up so I bought a 10000 unit which is equivalent of 100 lots. You know what? It did go up and I would be making 1100 ringgit if I sold my stock at that time. But guess what I did? I become greedy and bought another 100 lots at its almost peak price and the price goes down right after that day so I have to sell at lower price before it went down further and that’s how I manage to lose around 300 bucks! Imagine that!

Btway, it’s a good lesson for me as I learn 2 important lessons which are don’t act with your emotion, act with your brain and know when to get in and out of the market. I hope my situation will not be repeated by any of you. I suggest if u really want to be a professional investor, learn how to evaluate a stock fundamentally and technically which I’m currently studying and things started to look great! We Mean Big Money

Time flies fast when ur having fun! Haha, I’ve just finish my 1st year! Take that cruel world! Now back to business, I don’t want to jump to real estate this fast but looks like lady luck have some major plans for me. Well, some construction company couldn’t afford to pay my parents money for the furniture contract my parents have supplied to them. Instead of money, they give us some new houses they have built. So this is the start of my real estate experience. We now have 6 houses to rent where 1 was already been rent and another one is coming soon. We charge them 850 per month. Hmm, well, most of us know that one of the best investment are properties investments. To those who don’t know much, it is favoured simply because :

- As we know, there are inflations every year and as you have properties to be sold in the future, the value of the building will likely increase. Inflation work on your side in this case. If u save money instead of investing in properties, the inflation will eventually erode the value of your saving. Get the point?

- Another advantage is you might not have to pay for the assets as it will be finance by your tenents (if u have them). You might even make some extra cash for yourself without doing nothing! Imagine this, in maybe 10 or 15 years in the future, the properties will be yours for free! And if you wanna make more cash, u can sold the assets or if u fancy passive income every month, you can keep them and collect rentals!

Well, it all seems great right? Well, its not that easy in real life as some investment can go bad, some properties just wont increase in value. It all depends on locations, locations and locations. Well, I guess that sums it up. I actually want to make this post longer but most of us will only read half of the post and navigate away :p feel free to put your comments!

My New Nano

Well, wanna know something cool? I’ve just ordered an Ipod nano for myself just now.. now I’m waiting for the delivery! wohoo! I’ve always wanted an mp3 player since I don’t know when. I’ve gotten my eyes on the new 1GB Sony Bean mp3 player but I change my mind as I wanted one with an armband so I can use it while running. The Bean have one but there’s no production in Malaysia. I’m so pissed of by Sony Malaysia. Why don’t they have it here in Malaysia? I’m sure a lot of people would buy it eventually.

Back to the story, as I was searching for alternatives, I found something on Lowyat.net. someone have bought a new 2GB Ipod nano but change his mind after that so he choose to sell it for a cheaper price and I’m the lucky bugger who have taken the opportunity. I’m not that into Ipods but I do like the nano because of the small size. I sure hope that the guy doesn’t cheat me or he’ll learn a lesson on ‘how to put your own foot in your mouth’. The thing will be delivered as soon as possible (He said in two or three days)

Wish me luck on my new nano. Wohoo. I can’t wait to get my hands on it. I’ve heard that the downside of having an Ipod is you have to use iTunes but it’s worth it for me as I know that Ipod enhance the sounds of my music. By the way, if you happen to read my post on the cool USB wristband, I’ve found it in Low Yat Plaza priced RM108 if I’m not mistaken. I’m currently thinking on buying but wondering is it worth it to buy one with only 256MB of storage

Money from stocks

It’s been a rough month of March. I’ve been busy with my assignments and studies. However, I’ve made 2000 bucks from my initial 6000 investment in the stock market! Woohoo! That’s a 33.33% returns in less than 6 months and I barely touch the stocks!

Well, I’m going to write about stock market this session as its one of the easiest to make money if you have done your homework. Stocks are basically an ownership of a company. This will make you liable for the dividends i.e. parts of the companies’ profits. There’s two ways u can make money in stock market, either by getting dividends or by capital gains i.e. selling it higher than the purchasing price.

There are a few tips I can give you on top of my heads. I might add some more later. They are:

- Do some research about the company first. Their background, what they do, who their directors are and their financial statements.

- Invest on penny stock. They are stocks with prices less than a dollar each unit. History has said that most capital gains and money are made on penny stocks.

- Take time to learn financial education. Read books on how to be a smart investor. I recommend reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad series as they’re the books that gave me a new perspective in life and financial freedom

- Get in the market when it’s low and less active rather than when the market is hot as they tend to be unstable and unpredictable. It can crash anytime soon. Get out while u still can. Get in it back after the market has crash.

- Try looking stocks as a long term financial vehicle. Don’t expect to be rich in a month or 2 except if you’re extremely lucky. You can gain a lot by practicing patience.

- Stock market is a league of smart and educated personals. You’ll get crushed if you went into it without knowledge and expertise. Try looking for a mentor to teach you to trade wisely.

Well, that’s not exactly what I had in mind. Fancy the gadgets I’ve shown you? Well, now I’m going to share on how to own them. This is going to be the first post about moneymaking. These vending machines have been around for quite some time but only some of us see the opportunity that lies with them. The vending machine is a great source of passive income. It practically sells itself! There are lots of vending machines that sells almost everything! Candies, colas, tit-bits, water and even postcards and stamps. Just find yourself a good spot and put one there and see money coming in, even when you’re sleeping! It takes roughly 5 hours per week to take out the money and refill the tank. And you don’t have to worry about the technical issues as some vendors will even give u full technical support. F.O.C! Like the idea? Wait till you hear this. You can use your profit to buy another machine, put it somewhere else and voila, 2 income stream!

However, it isn’t that easy. You have to have a sharp mind on how to find the 3 most important principals to be successful in the arena. The principals are locations, locations and locations. A vendor machine in a wrong place will just be a waste of money. So think before you make any move!

As I was browsing through my favorite gadget forum, GadgetMadness, this cool toy attracted my attention. Imation combined style and gizmo into one and the result is The Imation Flash Wristband. As the wristband crave is still going strong, Imation decided to take the opportunity by creating one of it owns wristbands with an added value, a flash drive build in it! Why didn't someone think about this before? Simply genius!

Well, I got feedbacks from some friends about the look on my blog. Some say its hard to read, some say it’s good. What stole my attention was when someone said to me that u must have a theme or main topic. Welcome I bid to all. I’m so excited to for this 1st post.. i don’t know what to say.. Actually I don’t know where to start. Well, basically I’m a 21 year old brat living im Malaysia. The purpose I create this blog is to well.. U can read it on top of this page :p

Btway, I’m really interested in making money online and offline so my primary subject will be about money! I have done a lot of research on money making and I really want to share it and ask for ideas and comments I also want to create a big network of friends from all over the world.
